Terms and Conditions — CK999 Platform Rules

The following terms are used throughout this document and carry specific meanings wherever they appear. Understanding these definitions will help you read the rest of these Terms clearly.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CK999. By accessing the CK999 website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you are confirming your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms, along with any additional rules, policies, and guidelines published on the platform from time to time — including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you are registering on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms. CK999 does not accept registrations or bets placed on behalf of third parties without explicit written permission.

These Terms are written in English and the English version is the binding legal version. CK999 may provide translated summaries for convenience, but in the event of any conflict or discrepancy, the English text governs.

To access betting and gaming services on CK999, you must register an account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and preferred payment method details. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if anything changes.

One Account Per Person: Each player is permitted to hold only one CK999 account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. CK999 uses automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are found, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.

Account Security: You are responsible for keeping your CK999 login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. CK999 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact CK999 support immediately at support@ck999-play.com. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account until you notify us of a security breach.

• You must provide a valid mobile number that is registered in your own name and accessible by you.
• CK999 may require identity documents (CNIC, passport) before processing your first withdrawal.
• Players from jurisdictions where online betting is unlawful are not permitted to register.
• Corporate accounts, shared accounts, and automated registrations are not permitted.

CK999 reserves the right to close any account that does not meet these registration requirements, with or without prior notice, and to withhold any balance pending investigation where the account was created in violation of these Terms.

CK999 processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported on the platform:

Deposits: The minimum deposit on CK999 is Rs 200. Deposits are credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. CK999 does not charge any fees on deposits, though your payment provider may have their own charges. Only deposit from payment accounts held in your own name.

Withdrawals: You may request a withdrawal of real-money funds (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) at any time from your CK999 account. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. CK999 aims to process withdrawal requests within ten minutes for mobile wallet transfers during normal operating hours. IBFT transfers may take longer depending on your bank.

CK999 reserves the right to reverse deposits made through payment methods not registered in the player's own name, and to close accounts where funding source verification fails. Players are responsible for any tax obligations on their winnings as required by applicable law.

All bets placed on CK999 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport, market, and bet type selected. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules. General rules that apply across all CK999 betting markets are set out below.

Bet Acceptance: A bet is accepted and binding only when CK999 confirms it with a unique bet reference number. Bets that fail to receive a reference number have not been accepted, regardless of any funds reserved during the placement attempt. Bets placed after an event has started may be accepted or rejected at CK999's discretion.

Odds Changes: Odds are subject to change without notice. The odds confirmed at the time of bet acceptance are the odds that apply to that bet. In-play odds update continuously and may change between the time you submit a bet and the time it is processed. CK999 will either accept the bet at the new odds or reject it, depending on the movement.

• CK999 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were the result of a manifest error.
• Where an event is abandoned or not completed within the time frame specified by betting rules, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Maximum payout limits per event and per player may apply and are displayed in the relevant market rules.
• CK999 may limit the size of bets placed by any player at any time, at its discretion.

Disputed Results: CK999 uses official result sources to settle bets. In cases where results are disputed, CK999's settlement decision, made after consulting authoritative sources, is final. Settlement disputes must be raised within 72 hours of result posting by contacting CK999 support.

CK999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which are published at the time of the offer. These general conditions apply to all CK999 promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered the specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. Only bets meeting the minimum odds threshold specified in the offer terms contribute to wagering requirements. Casino games may have different contribution rates. Bets placed with bonus funds that are subsequently voided do not count towards wagering.

One Bonus Per Offer Per Player: Players may only claim each promotion once. CK999's systems track bonus eligibility across accounts. Attempting to claim the same promotion more than once — including through multiple accounts — is a breach of these Terms and may result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and closure of the account.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.
• CK999 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time with or without notice.
• The Refer a Friend programme is governed by its own specific terms available on the programme page.
• Players who are self-excluded are not eligible for any bonus or promotional offer.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the CK999 platform. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities.

• Fraud and Collusion: Attempting to defraud CK999 or other players, including through collusion, match-fixing, insider information, or any other dishonest means.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonus terms through low-risk hedging strategies, arbitrage betting with bonus funds, or any method designed to extract bonus value without genuine risk.
• Money Laundering: Using CK999 for the purpose of depositing and withdrawing funds to conceal their origin or nature. All suspicious transactions are reported to relevant financial authorities.
• Automated Access: Using bots, scripts, automation tools, or any non-human means to access, interact with, or extract data from the CK999 platform.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one account for any purpose, including to claim additional bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Unauthorised Access: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to CK999's systems, other players' accounts, or any part of the platform's back-end infrastructure.
• Underage Gambling: Attempting to register or use CK999 while under 18 years of age, or facilitating underage access to the platform.

CK999 actively monitors for prohibited conduct using automated and manual review processes. Where prohibited conduct is identified, CK999 will take immediate action to protect the platform and its players, including permanent account closure and legal action where warranted.

All content on the CK999 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of CK999 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the CK999 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the platform, its content, or its underlying technology without express written permission from CK999.

The CK999 name, logo, and brand identity are trademarks of CK999. You may not use these in connection with any product or service without prior written authorisation. Unauthorised use of CK999's trademarks may constitute trademark infringement.

CK999 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While CK999 makes every reasonable effort to ensure the platform operates reliably and without interruption, we do not guarantee that access will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CK999 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect, arising from use of the platform.
• Any loss or damage resulting from platform downtime, technical failures, or errors in market pricing that are promptly corrected.
• Any interruption of service caused by circumstances beyond CK999's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, power outages, or force majeure events.
• Any loss resulting from a player's failure to secure their account credentials or to act on security notifications issued by CK999.

Nothing in these Terms limits CK999's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

CK999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across the platform. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their betting activity. These tools are available through your account dashboard and include deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion.

Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a break from betting can request self-exclusion by contacting CK999 support. Self-exclusion periods are applied immediately and cannot be reversed during the specified period. Players who are self-excluded will not receive promotional communications and are not eligible for bonuses.

CK999 will use commercially reasonable efforts to prevent self-excluded players from accessing the platform. However, CK999 cannot guarantee complete prevention in all cases, particularly where a player attempts to create a new account using different details. Players who circumvent self-exclusion do so at their own risk and CK999 accepts no liability for losses incurred during such access.

CK999 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, CK999 will notify registered players via email or prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect, unless the change is required immediately for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.

Continued use of the CK999 platform after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you should stop using the platform and withdraw any remaining balance before the changes take effect.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were most recently revised. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed of your rights and obligations as a CK999 player.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which CK999 operates. By accepting these Terms, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts for any disputes arising out of or in connection with your use of the CK999 platform.

Dispute Resolution: If you have a dispute with CK999, please contact our support team in the first instance. CK999 is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and transparently. Support is available 24/7 at support@ck999-play.com.

If a complaint cannot be resolved through direct support, it may be escalated through the formal complaints process described in the Help section of the platform. CK999 will respond to formal complaints within 5 business days.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
